1-Workshop Concept Sketching

This Workshops focuses on developing a confident 'handwriting' to enable you to sketch freely. The subjects of the sessions will be chosen to fit the working field of the participants. Usually the last 2 sessions, subjects are chosen from the specific working field of the participants. Both drawing skills themselves and the application of them in the personal design process, is practiced. To do so, each session both quick brainstorm sketches and more detailed drawings are made to explore sketching techniques. For : designers that wish to freshen-up their sketching techniques and find out how to create more possibilities of sketching in the design process. For : professionals that have moved towards the creative design process, and wish to improve their sketching skills and abilities.
The Workshop consists of 5 sessions of 3.5 hours each. Including hand-outs and a range of sketching materials available for use at the workshop location. Tuition fee: Euro 595,- ex VAT.

2-Workshop Digital Enhanced Sketching

In this Workshop various possibilities are explored to combine freehand sketching with digital photo editing. This integration of freehand sketching towards the digital workflow will bring out the "best of both worlds". Still being able to sketch in the familiar way, the advantages of digital photo editing will enable you to effectively improve presentation possibilities, for example by more realistic material expression. Also making visual presentation combining sketches, imagery and text is explored. iMac computers, software (mainly Adobe Photoshop), scanners and Wacom (A4) tablets are available for use at our studio.
The subjects of the sessions will be chosen to fit the working field of the participants as much as possible. In order to do so, all participants are asked to send some sketches in advance. Usually the last 2 sessions specific drawings are made, according to the specific working field of the participants.Tuition fee: Euro 745,- ex.VAT.

3-Workshop Advanced Digital Sketching

This workshop focusses on fast and effective digital freehand sketching.
Still maintain the look and feel and advantages of handmade sketches, digital sketching can be integrated better in the digital workflow of nowadays design process. It is more easy to combine digital sketching with other digital documents, such as CAD drawings or computer/ 3D renderings. iMac computers, Wacom (A4) tablets, Corel Painter, Sketchbook Pro and Adobe Photoshop software are available for use at our studio. Tuition fee: Euro 745,= ex.VAT.
For designers with profound sketching experience.

Workshop Sketching "at-your-Studio"

This specific course will be held at your own design studio. It is a custom made workshop; the precise contents will be fit to your needs. It can be integrated into a current project. Wacom tablets can be provided by us, during the sessions. Contents and prices are set in consultation.
